This brand new modern concept emphasizes natural lighting, rich textures and towering ceilings. A sophisticated yet cozy living area welcomes you to a fully stocked open kitchen and built-in bar perfect for entertaining. Enjoy the panoramic views overlooking the frameless glass railing, making it ideal for creating content and memories.

    More Details include:

    High speed internet, TV, Netflix. Also laundry and a full kitchen equipped with all cooking basics.

    Early check-in availability is determined on the day of arrival.

    The early check-in fee is $25 per hour up until the normal 4pm check-in time.

    *Late check-out is 12pm and the fee is $40.

    Late check-out is only applicable if requested.

    If you overstay past the agreed upon normal 11am check-out time there is a fee of $80.

    This $80 fee will be automatically deducted from your deposit.

    -Exceed O.K. strives to cultivate a luxury experience for our guests that is also ecofriendly. We encourage guests to make themselves at home, but with that comes normal wear on the space and furnishings. If you see anything outside the realm of common scuff marks, a light stain or similar during your initial walk through, please document and forward it to us. We ask that our guests be mindful of towel suggestions (placed in the bathrooms) to help us provide a clean and sustainable environment.

  • Please note this property is a duplex which includes four units in the building. The unit downstairs is also a short term rental unit, so please be respectful.
