  • Cancellation Policy

    To recieve a full refund, customers must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in. If you cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of your resertvation. If reservation cancelled after that, there will be no refund issued.
