  • Welcome to Unit A at O'Four Lofts North Cabin Retreat! This unique loft-style unit offers a cozy and inviting space in East Downtown Houston. With 20-foot ceilings and elegant European finishes, Unit A accommodates up to 6 guests comfortably.

    Inside, you'll find a well-appointed living area, fully equipped kitchen, and dining space for gatherings. The unit features two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room, providing ample sleeping arrangements for your group.

    Step outside to enjoy the private outdoor patio, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the Texas sunshine. Unwind in the luxurious spa-like amenities, offering a tranquil retreat after a day of exploring the city.

    The O'Four Lofts Unit A cabin is centrally located, offering easy access to Houston's top attractions, dining, and entertainment. With a security fence for peace of mind, you can relax and enjoy your urban getaway to the fullest.

    *Guest Access information and instructions will be given upon check in

    *Early check-in/Late check-out is available upon request

    Early check-in availability is determined on the day of arrival.

    The early check-in fee is $25 per hour up until the normal 4pm check-in time.

    *Late check-out is 12pm and the fee is $40.

    Late check-out is only applicable if requested.

    If you overstay past the agreed upon normal 11am check-out time there is a fee of $80.

    This $80 fee will be automatically deducted from your deposit.

    -Exceed O.K. strives to cultivate a luxury experience for our guests that is also ecofriendly. We encourage guests to make themselves at home, but with that comes normal wear on the space and furnishings. If you see anything outside the realm of common scuff marks, a light stain or similar during your initial walk through, please document and forward it to us. We ask that our guests be mindful of towel suggestions (placed in the bathrooms) to help us provide a clean and sustainable environment.
