It’s of utmost importance to me that everyone and everything is kept safe during each guest stay. When you stay in my home, you understand that:
• Pets are not allowed anywhere on the premises.
• Smoking of any kind (including vaping) is strictly prohibited inside and outside the property.
• Events, parties, or gatherings are not permitted at any time.
• Only guests listed on the reservation are welcome; no unauthorized guests please.
• Children and infants (under 2 years old) are welcome. Please supervise young guests at all times for their safety.
• Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Keep noise to a minimum during these times, both indoors and outdoors.
• Please treat the home, its furnishings, and the surrounding property with care and respect.
• Guests are responsible for any damages, lost items, or extra cleaning needed during their stay. Please report any issues to the host immediately.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout your stay and dispose of trash properly before check-out.
• If you move any furniture, kindly return it to its original location before leaving.
• For everyone's security, ensure all doors and windows are locked when leaving the home. Do not share access codes or keys with anyone not listed on your reservation. Thank you for your cooperation and for helping keep our space welcoming for all.
