St. Zane Lofts (Duplex – Unit A & Unit B)

-Cleaning crew utilizes global health agency-approved cleaning & disinfectant products and wear PPE to help prevent cross-contamination.

-Each room is cleaned using an extensive cleaning checklist.

-All high-touch surfaces are sanitized after each stay.

This house complies with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines.

Guests will have private access to their entire reserved unit(s) during their stay — whether that’s the main villa, the entire estate. Each unit operates with a keyless smart lock for smooth self check-in and added security.

You’ll receive a unique access code before arrival; it’s active only during your reservation and will expire after checkout for your safety and peace of mind.

Early check-in/Late check-out is available upon request

Early check-in availability is determined on the day of arrival.

The early check-in fee is $25 per hour up until the normal 4pm check-in time.

*Late check-out is 12pm and the fee is $40.

Late check-out is only applicable if requested.

If you overstay past the agreed upon normal 11am check-out time there is a fee of $80.

This $80 fee will be automatically deducted from your deposit.

Exceed O.K. strives to cultivate a luxury experience for our guests that is also ecofriendly. We encourage guests to make themselves at home, but with that comes normal wear on the space and furnishings. If you see anything outside the realm of common scuff marks, a light stain or similar during your initial walk through, please document and forward it to us. We ask that our guests be mindful of towel suggestions (placed in the bathrooms) to help us provide a clean and sustainable environment.

The home is quite tech-savvy, but don't worry, there will be a manual that will walk you through each feature and if that's still not enough, I'm a quick phone call away.

At your request we offer paid, elevated amenities such as an on-site chef, early check-in, late checkout, on-site masseuse and picnics. Most of these services require advanced preparation so please inquire ASAP.

Please note that our backyard is a haven of greenery, which can occasionally attract some friendly insects. The beautiful foliage creates a serene and private atmosphere but also means you might encounter a few bugs. Not to worry, our dedicated pest control service visits weekly to ensure your stay remains comfortable and hassle-free.
